Statement of Cooperation:

I, the parent/guardian of the student above, have read, clearly understand, and agree to honor my commitment to the policies, procedures, and expectations outlined in the ARCA Student Handbook and this Application.  I understand that this commitment is for the entirety of the upcoming ARCA 2026-2027 school year and includes financial, spiritual, and academic responsibilities to Apostolic Restoration Church Academy and my student.  I also understand that my student is not fully enrolled in ARCA until I have provided all of the required documentation stated above.
