Athletics and Extra Curricular Activities Policy:
All athletics related matters will fall under the direction of the Athletics Director, Bro Ken Hofler. Extra Curricular Activities (ECA) will fall under the purview of the director assigned to the activity. Please contact Bro Hofler or the associated ECA director for information prior to reaching out to ARCA Administration. All dues and required documentation for sports or activities must be received prior to participation. All supplies, equipment, and uniforms are to be returned immediately upon requested date and time to avoid unnecessary billing. All sports will, and some ECA events may, require travel at various times. Participation in practice, games, fundraising, and activities is mandatory unless otherwise excused by the director involved. All participation in sports and ECA are subject to suspension or removal based upon league requirements, compliance to ARCA Student Handbook Expectations/Academic Standards/Policies, and the combined oversight of the Athletics Leadership Group, ECA Director, and ARCA Administration. No dues will be reimbursed upon suspension or removal of a student and unreturned supplies, equipment, and uniforms will result in billing for said items. Note: All commitments to sports and ECA are for the duration of the season. Please carefully consider this obligation to the team/Coaches/Directors, ARCA, and your student's overall well-being before signing up.
